Hi All, This is not advice but just how I see it.After ce closes the offer he can't buy nwe shares on market for a month,which will be 30th april, after the drill.Sooo? He will have to keep extending the offer to end of june , hopeing N.W,E,shareholders sell him some shares to get to 80%
I have no doubt nwe is finished and he will have the lot , but we can also cause some pain. cheers
