The market will then like the fact there are LESS additional shares being issued and LESS easy pickin's for further Director's shares being issued at discounted prices. The market won't like it though when the Director's don't participate in taking those 15.0 cents options up. And how many existing shares would they have to sell in order to do so.......

Markets don't like ' uncertainty ' . And Sayona unfortunately gives them plenty of that - Hence why there are shorters with a view in the first place.
