Cannot believe how quick the outcome has been and how clean SFG has come out if it. Must have been a bit of pre planning happening.
problem now will be ; who will provide funding ?
I see them giving up a lot of equity to get a funding partner, maybe even minority partner/operator in a JV.
it will be tough from here on.
