Eyeman, I hope you read the announcement. The key piece of information was to confirm an error in the mid year financial statement which suggested the granting of the ML is dependent on the outcome of the ICC arbitration. The company has corrected the error & confirms the granting of the ML is not dependent on the outcome of the arbitration. It can happen anytime, even as early as tomorrow.
