Aus sovereign hasn't changed for offshore drilling versus NZ
The main issue with the super tax and CUE is that onshore competitors exporting LNG now have comparable tax rates.
That is - that Anna Bligh lead CSG garbage that only an idiot like BP would back - now has to pay the same tax as CUE.
