    Well I could win lotto tomorrow as well is that likely to happen ? no

    Although the punters are felling all warm and fuzzy over this latest announcement the likelihood of the Mining Licence being issue in the midst of a Legal stoush with China is zero to slim in my humble non holders opinion.

    at best another 3 months probably 6 in suspension before this trades again I would say
