    If the mining licence is in fact issued in 2023 and AVS come out of this owing 51% or more of the project - Then I will have indeed been wrong and I will be more than happy to come back here admit I was wrong and eat a large dose of humble pie -

    I wonder if the happy clappers will be as magnanimous if it all goes pear shaped ?
