Don’t think a relatively small broker releasing a target read by mainly existing shareholders does too much on its own
as these continue to stack up, it helps define a target for the next leg based on available info, when news arrives as a catalyst
in the meantime TA continues to play out
we are holding up thanks to potential, and the TA, the pattern is yet to play out but is in finally stages - should coincide with news
all IMHO
