John doesn't need to be “challenged”, he just needs to explain whats going on
If he’s pushing out the IPO to EOY (and revising the earlier guidance from just a couple of weeks ago), he needs to be clear and direct about that.
Its disrespectful to shareholders to be discussing this with media before even telling the owners of the company (although I don’t think he really considers us that anymore...)
