I had a quick communication with David.

The Gist of it was

has been given a couple of opportunities to look through and conduct DD from their new consultant

once they have managed to successfully implement a growth strategy they will be looking to get PR out

Did ask about dividends he is serious about it but only once they have implemented growth projects and give a direction for current and potential new holders.

No solid mention on time frame but eluded to potentially an interview based in London in mid May this year and are hoping to line something up at the same time as the interview. All depends on how DD goes at this stage.

They are utilising a lot of time and effort in the background trying to find and obtain the next project in a reasonable time
