Correct, We don’t really know what the change is.
Ppl thinking JC but he knows the exit is in sight and can extract more from brokering a deal, but really he is already more than remunerated with the oppies.
Mary has received a lot of praise lately on broader industry matter perhaps branching out.
PL taking a back seat perhaps pulling the pin altogether now DCB and Danny onboard.
DrT as a long shot to run SIS full time or join ILA ranks to protect his other investments.
It just goes back to oppies as remuneration v. salary. Its basically free money where there were market windfalls irrespective of actual progress. They can also drop the can and run without seeing through the strategy to the end. Not saying oppies show be off the table but at least put in place better vesting conditions online with strategic goals - not just freebies!
