Once proceedings of the International court of Arbitration have been heard, there is every chance both parties drop the case against AVZ, it sounds like both cases aren't looking good for either party, and could open both parties to large amounts of compensation in lost revenue. I may be wrong as I don't have my head around the rules of the court and I'm not a lawyer. I would say Sept 24 is a worst case scenario,
