l think the majority of SH are of the same view. The offer is not fair and reasonable and an independent report would probably confirm this. Are the board to initiate one, definitely not, they have agreed and are all accepting the offer. I have a problem with RMS taking a controlling interest and not seeking full ownership, to me this doesn’t make sense and will be unworkable especially if TS and co remain on the register. The most likely scenario as l see it is RMS will up the bid in return for full control, by adding a cash component to their current offer. I doubt very much another suitor will come along.
