My Original Q is "Why not calculate the cycles from peak to peak rather that from the lows ?"

I dont know if u saw my link the other day re Social Cycle Theory (google it if u wish) but there are some interesting and to me more plausible observations re these cycles

Some of these are Sunspot activity cycles, genetic adaptation relating to hunter gatherer and then farming activities. The hunter gatherer is still the oldest and most dominant and will impact us at full moon due to hightend night visibility and optimal time for hunting ..... etc
