Don't be too quick to judge.
Coby could NOT say publicly at a shareholder presso that they were considering a raise without having first advised the ASX and shareholders via a TH.
Unpleasant as yesterday was, and even though he says they aren't aware of any information relating to the raise no longer being confidential, the unfortunate reality is that there are always people who know first, and info does get out.
He also states that the intention was always to go into a TH today before commencement of trading, and announce the raise. I would imagine yesterday's trading has put a fly in the ointment re price etc. I guess he is as disappointed at what transpired as we are, but possibly for different reasons.
Most of us are here just retail punters. Always the last to know.
