The 6m capping order that was skewing buy sell depth for a few weeks now at 17c is gone, permission to fly by whomever was looking to put pressure on has been granted? >.<
It hasn't taken big volume to climb back from 9c to test resistance at 13.5c, so let's see. Some well-timed volume pushing news and we'll get a decent spike up before maybe re-testing 13.5c as support instead of resistance.
