    Bit of a Catch22 really. To get reregistered MMR need to have PDF status, PEP11 approval and sufficient financial liquidity. They have PDF back which is huge really but to get sufficient funds in a cap raise they need PEP11 approval…..to my mind if they don’t have that they have bucklys of raising funds. David Breeze seems to have a good handle on this at last so hopefully he can pull a rabbit out of a hat and surprise us all.
