There is not much room to misinterpret there, the next announcement will be after TD. As an official market communication they are now bound by it.
TD is a movable target as they may pull the pin on the Kuparuk target and make TD just below the basin floor fan. They have pre announced this possibility

"The Company anticipates the primary and secondary target zones to be intersected within the next two weeks, before determining whether to drill ahead to the tertiary target"
"The KUP reservoir is a tertiary target and will be drilled subject to remaining time in the season, borehole conditions and other technical considerations."

Timeline is tightening up, within 14 days to intersect the primary and secondary targets, and a further
5 to 7 days for wireline, if those times run to full extent it will be the 12th of April.
To meet the planned demobilization due to start on the 5th of April (ref approved plan of operations) they will need to make up time somewhere

"The wireline logging program is expected to take approximately five to seven days to complete."
