You have to wonder how this financial mismanagement translates into loss of customer confidence.
Why would you have any more confidence in their ability to manage their technology stack and security than you have in their ability to run the company?
Would you want to entrust your business's confidential recordings to a mismanaged company who could very well be in administration in six months?
