Just reading a few studies on ALS/MND to try and understand why we are here.


IGF1R regulates retrograde axonal transport of signalling endosomes in motor neurons Alexander D Fellows,2020.

So the above study makes this comment on its conclusion page

"Taken together, our results point to IGF1R as an important target for therapeutic intervention in neurodegenerative disorders such as ALS".

But what seals this into an interesting descriptive is Professor Morris in 2021
found that Monepantel causes down regulation of IGF1R.
