This is pretty nice, but anyone know how the equity conversion might work down the track? Interest paid through construction, then convert to equivalent $10M of equity in the project once completed. MPR gains equity based on project value uplift once derisked compared to the construction price? Are there usually fixed equity conversion ratio's or how does it work?
