Why do folk complain about Good Drinks involvement in food? The company is establishing commercially viable tap houses with a microbrewery attached, food is always an additional service as in any bar in Australia and enhances the visit for a beer and a bite.
I recently visited Joe's Waterhole In Eumundi just North of Brisbane to check out the palace, and I did enjoy the dinner of lamb chops and Matso's Ginger Beer. Yes the hotel is old but functional, but the refurbishment work is proposed to start next month. On Saturday and Wednesday it was near impossible to find parking around the pub due to the markets the other side if the street but they attracted a huge crowd and many needed a cold refreshment, great position.
