I know them very well. They bought up a bunch of IT consulting companies and bolted them together. Essentially they are a professional services outfit, selling their consultants time for a profit. Its a stable industry, but not one that can explode in growth (consider how software sales can scale infinitely). i think these guys will do quite well, look at the old UXC story, similar strategy here. Personally, I wouldnt buy in just yet, I think that run needs to cool off for a while, there are a lot of instos and retail that are in a lot of profit right now.
