I honestly can’t for life of me see how this can get knocked back. To take it up to federal court and appeal initial denial is a legal nightmare, you don’t do this unless you know you have a bloody decent case on your hands and all the ducks were lined up.
that last move in the 11th hour at 3:58pm to try to drop it before 20 then spring it back up to 22 same as close was definitely intriguing.
it’s been awhile since I’ve been intrigued by the future of the company. Noting liberal wants to bloody privatise another thing I’m really hoping labour pulls thing.
