    In 1973 the average Sydney house price was about $27,000, now it's about $1.4m + 49 years of rent.

    In 1973 the inflation-adjusted gold price was $2,000, and now it's....$2,000.

    And no dividend.....

    What a deal.....how do I get in on it...visit my nearest gold 'stacking' dealer? Catch a flight to Briso to load up at Ainslies?
