Sounds like new CEO is stamping his authority
Given statement from DT that disagreements made his position untenable, DCB is beholden to shareholders to explain what the immediate future direction and strategy is and not just through a few rubbish tweets. If he is flexing his muscles on the board then he needs to come out front and start explaining!
I am pretty pissed off that within months of coming on board, the new CEO has facilitated, or been unable to prevent, the largest shareholder and a key driver of the company from departing the management of the company.
You can only imagine the havoc DT will play at shareholder forums/ voting opportunities.

Step up DCB and get on the front foot, not a good look to destroy value in the company within the first few months. Here's where you earn your bucks big fella
