IMO this brings forward partnership and eventual transaction timeline significantly. Appears it was disagreements over which pillar was priority. DCB pushing cardio forward and I think we will see this pillar progress very quickly from today onwards.
Potentially maximum value will not be achieved but I believe cardio protection is in the shareholders best interests of being pursued rapidly.
