Very important to see this in the current context too. We have the same issue at work. 6 months ago capital was a lot easier to come by. Focus has now totally shifted on generating cash asap and preserving capital needs, and with that possibly even (part) self finance further developments. Cardio definitely is that much earlier to win "show me the money" scenario. It's all about addressable market too! .
