Reviewing the landscape in NS and it seems to me that SBM and Signal would be mad not to pursue a merger.
Signal's grade is high enough that they could truck it to Touqouy or at least the comminution plant SBM want to build at Fifteen Mile creek.
This would avoid a massive capex bill for Signal.
Frankly I'd rather 50% of Atlantic run by a Canadian management team and with real synergies than 100% of Atlantic in Phoenician.
