Further point - I am no trial expert and have only my learned experience from NEU to comment - NEU we’re dealing with a condition which is rare and therefore with limited patient numbers.
I do believe our trials will be “easier” if that makes sense, as they won’t be blinded, and will have higher patient numbers to call upon.
Maybe we can negotiate the complexities I mentioned earlier ourselves?
My preference would be to do do if we can, including sskes etc - just not sure how feasible that really is.,
