Dear Coby, you need to raise $55.0M (though the $6.0M on marketing, is this 100% crucial right now, given we do have significant working capital etc?), so anyway why don't you accept all applications from existing holders up to a certain date, then as this placement is 100% underwritten, simply draw the remaining from the brokers. Not a cent more.
Clearly, you wont get anywhere near $55.0M from existing holders - but it would be nice to know that all shareholders applications are fully matched (does $30k need to max btw.....?), and the broker houses need to sit tight to ensure they get their share they are counting on (or should I say, already counted in).
There again, what defines a shareholder I wonder.....
