The announcement suggests that Gold Road already holds some S3N shares but does not say how many. By themselves the 800,000 new S3N shares that Gold Road will be given will get them into the top 20 shareholders (ASX is showing the shares on issues before this arrangement as being 69.2 million share so the 800k new shares hands Gold Road 0.8 / 70.0 = 1.14% of the shares on issue and slots them into being the 15th largest shareholder.

I might point out that a BHP company also sits in Sensore's top 20 shareholder list, at Number 18 after the new Gold Road arrangement is implemented. So the big guys are sorted of interested enough to keep their toes in the water.

FWIW I see this as a negative move as effectively Gold Road is saying they no longer want to pay their way in exploring these tenements. Sort of like Gold Road telling Sensore that Sensore has a nice personality and Gold Road would be happy to catch up with them at Friday's drinks. For a company that claims to have disruptive technology they are not disrupting very much so far.
