Three questions,
1) Who/where is the name & declaration for Competent Person who signed off on this ?
2) What has "The US Department of Energy Critical Minerals Strategy December 2011" got to do with this ?
3) How can you include in Table 2 a Reporting Group for ScO, without first reporting a value for ScO in the Resource Table 1 ????????
