Look at ETM's Board of Management:

At its top, ETM has a Non-Executive Chairman and a Managing Director. Are either of these Mark Saxon? No
So what is Mark Saxon? A Non-Executive Director. Do Non-Executive Directors lead a company? No.
He is described thus: "Mark has over 25 years of industry experience with a strong geological and technical background."
What makes you think that ETM has appointed a generally experienced geologist to turn it into a eudialyte exploration company?
