I do recall some commentary on here by other posters whereby Dr T was a private shareholder of a gold company that received a lowball takeover offer and he single handedly lobbied other shareholders to reject the deal and ultimately extracted a larger offer for shareholders.

So, he certainly has form in this area to keep Directors accountable and can lobby with his ~10% holding to ensure a lowball offer does not succeed for RACE going forward.

This is something we can take comfort from today's rather unexpected turn of events!
