so they needed money, and it was hard to get it. Apparently, this lowball number creates some magic affects on peoples buying average.
and if the option comes in the money at 4c, effectively you get all your CR money back
and as a side effect at 4c probably OB will break even, so good chances that some magic will happen to get there and above
