Not what I was expecting TBH.
Debenture notes at 12% interest for $20million with 20 free 3.75c options per dollar spent.... 4% net gold royalty on anything to the directors plus paying their costs on the purchase / stamp duty.
Not overly impressed, will take longer to digest this one.
