Having stated that it's departing from Brisbane's Queen St Mall, MYR has launched legal action against the Singaporean owner of Adelaide's Rundle St Mall Myer Centre.
MYR claims the centre owner has failed to properly maintain adjacent shops.
It is threatening to also leave the Adelaide CBD if not resolved.
