What if all the Central Banks start QE again? The international banking sector is getting wrecked by higher rates. What if copper prices fly based on dwindling stocks levels and fiscal stimulus?
My thesis is: the project is sound. The economics can be improved further. The credit crunch and current macro-economic uncertainty made finance too expensive now. As per the previous announcement. So... wait it out as this too shall pass.
