What is abundantly clear is that the costs are huge both in terms of immidiate military effectiveness and long term societal impact. There is starting to be a huge amount of evidence from both the Russian and Ukraine side in the current conflict that TBI is already becoming a huge problem to both sides. I think the implications of this will not be lost on western military leaders.
