And at the same time in discussions on a CR. WOW. So he tells outsiders (some non holders) his CR intentions and tells shareholders non truths (extremely misleading) and heats up the SP.
Why couldn't they have just called in the 2 day Trading Halt and extension. and to the question of CRs to holders just have the say answer. "I cannot confirm or deny anything about a future capital raise"
