How typical of the new management of ZNC. Just put out an announcement like that. No explanation, no description, no reason. I presume the bulk of these will be going to DL. He is nothing but an actor for a gentleman in Switzerland (formerly a broker in London) who has already destroyed the operations and share price of multiple companies. A polite hint, the board and the Switzerland gentleman may wish to refresh their knowledge of the law surrounding shadow directors. The other directors received exercise prices from 40c up - now DL is being rewarded for destroying the SP and being voted down - without even a reason why. This board has the biggest tin ear and jusdt doesnt listen to the market. All this after he raised approximately 0 on all his road shows.

I am really worried about conversion price 40c versus 25c. These are surpose to be performance based. Which there seems to be a lack of . What is M.D doing as well.
