The Science is here and we have to perfect it............is my opinion
I am also aware that immunotherapy treatments do not fully eradicate cancerous tumours without leaving some residual damage or without having significant side effects.
This will be the crux of what they are working on atm and trying to mitigate against. My understanding now is that this is where dosage/toxicity comes into the big picture. Scientists envisage this issue of significant side effects as a major challenge to immunotherapy. I believe we are close to the final stages of accomplishing this and for all we know this challenge might even be one of the last hurdles to clear.
Onwards and upwards and let the science, as we know it, provide us what we think it can
