Tight register and committed management to build something big, but also terrible time for a vendor to be approaching a minnow like this for a sale i.e. what problems or desperation are they potentially trying to offload. What does ARC actually offer?
Regardless, this probably hits $1 sometime in the next bull market if Capital H stay involved.
