Dissapointing nickel results and no change with the copper project is what is holding it back. I remember a year ago they were announcing interest from joint venture partners for the copper project. Problem is they haven't got the mining licence yet. Things should improve once they get it but the project is out in the sticks and they will need some serious funds for the infrastructure to make it feasible.
