I'm guessing it's very wet there from tidal flows which is hampering progress. Can see it in the colour differential between completed and uncompleted ponds.
Side note, still no word from the company on the 'completed' Pond 1 and 2 which have a significantly smaller footprint than the business case suggested. Will be an interesting one to check on after the revised business case - perhaps they're not needed at the same size anymore?
