Could it not simply be that the SML has yet to be granted because it's part of the Framewrk Agreement being assessed as we type?
A date for the Signing Ceremony hasn't even been issued yet either, so I don't know why you are so rattled, Bradley? Perhaps it's just a case of the Ministry of Mines still working through EGR's submission and others before the ceremony date is set and announced.
As for the frog being a liar... I don't know how you expect us to agree with your accusation when he never stated that EGR received an invite. He merely alluded to a much anticipated scenario by way of setting the scene. If anything I think he's most probably just playing games to attract the downies to the forum.
