What are the terms of the capital placement again?
VWAP over 12 trading days plus a furtehr discount?
Could it be that the dodgy capital provider is smashing down the 12 day VWAP???
So much better for them to acquire at an artificially low orchestrated VWAP. SO many more shares at so much a cheaper price.
It sucks, and should probably be illegal, but I reckon that is where we are.
