VWAP of any trading day over a 12 day period, with a 7.5% discount applied.
Issued Capital essentially just being churned immediately for a 7.5% profit. They will just choose today's VWAP and apply a 7.5% discount.
Let's assume 5Mill shares was sold by the raiser at average sale price of approx $0.27 (I haven't looked and can't be bothered). That's $1.35M sale proceeds.
Let's then assume today finishes with a VWAP of $0.27. Apply a 7.5% discount is $0.24975. This provides a cost base of $1,248,750. So an instant $101,250 profit (less any transaction/brokerage costs, etc).
Now the questions is how frequently and how rushed are they to churn through the full capital. Good thing the Cap raised limited the number of shares that could be issued.
