i am now questioning the path that is being verred towards - surely if the so called US Govt funding is a given then they should be aware/confident it is coming and therefore no need to raise this type of cash at the present time.
i could be wrong but i just am not feeling the confidence ATM and IMO believe that the certification is for more than just one item. It could be that it impacts all batteries - which makes it difficult to determine what they will do about the batteries that had left the factory - recall?.
methinks it goes far deeper.
why enter into this type of facility when it has been done before by management with the absolute same consequences to SP that is currently being seen!!!) does not make sense.
and if hsbc are unable to find financier and we need to resort to this finance type then theres a wider issue here! all imo.
